Founded by CEO Jeff Lynch, COO Darryl Bader, and CFO Dan Allen, Asatal Logistics began its journey with a 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse and just two trucks, quickly achieving $1 million in revenue during its first full year by signing its first dedicated agreement with CLIF Bar.
Building on this early success, the company expanded its dedicated fleet services and added 27,000 sq. ft. of additional warehousing space. Strategic contracts with Starbucks and Amazon fueled further growth, and the team grew to 12 trucks and over 40 employees.
As business continued to thrive, Asatal relocated its corporate office and primary warehouse to a 172,000 sq. ft. facility in Sparks, Nevada. New services—including pool distribution and dedicated one-way shipments—propelled fleet growth to over 50 trucks.
Recognizing the need for broader logistics solutions, Asatal expanded into a nationwide multi-modal freight brokerage division, providing innovative, dependable services to clients across the country.
